Mapped farmland used as traceability evidence
SanggaTrace
From farmer plot to EU buyer evidence

One evidence trail, two user journeys.

SanggaTrace is not a farmer marketplace. It is an evidence system: field teams capture plot truth at the source, while exporters and EU buyers review that evidence before procurement and reporting.

Farmer and field team

Capture the real plot

Step 1

Farmer onboarding

A cooperative or field officer registers the farmer, commodity, expected volume, and village context.

Step 2

Boundary capture

The officer maps the farm plot on mobile. In the MVP demo, points can also be placed by clicking the map.

Step 3

Evidence collection

Photo proof, timestamp, GPS accuracy, and polygon geometry are stored with the plot record.

Step 4

Offline-first sync

If signal is weak, the data stays on the device and syncs later when the team reconnects.

Exporter and EU buyer

Review before sourcing

Step 1

Supply base review

The exporter or EU buyer opens the dashboard to see mapped farms connected to a commodity source.

Step 2

Compliance screening

Each plot is reviewed for completeness, boundary quality, risk notes, and evidence status.

Step 3

Validator decision

A validator marks records as ready, needs review, or pending evidence before shipment use.

Step 4

Audit export

The buyer exports GeoJSON and supporting records for EUDR due diligence and supplier reporting.

How the handoff works

The farmer does not need to understand EUDR paperwork.

The field team captures evidence in the farmer context. SanggaTrace turns that same evidence into a buyer-facing compliance record.

Field evidence

Collected from the farm by a local team, even when internet access is weak.

Buyer record

Reviewed by exporters, validators, and EU buyers before sourcing decisions.

Farmer identity and commodity volume
GPS polygon boundary
Photo and timestamp evidence
Risk and validator status
Buyer-ready GeoJSON export

MVP walkthrough

Try the two sides of the journey.

Use the field map to capture a plot, then open the dashboard to see how an EU buyer would review the evidence.
